Student Grants

The SMCTSM is very interested in actively promoting student participation in our meeting so that they have the opportunity to interact with the experienced scientists who will be presenting the results of their research and also to have contact with the leading scientists involved in the plenary talks and short courses.

Requirements

1. Documentary evidenceof his/herfull-time student status (example: copy of a valid student identification).
2. Copy of the receipt of applicant´s 2013 membership payment (Further information at http://www.smctsm.org.mx/VIICSMV/fees.php).
3. The acceptance letter, as author or co-author, of an abstract submitted to the conference.

2. Usual provided material: bag, program, proceedings CD
3. Gala dinner 
4. Lodging at Conference´s hotel with breakfast included (sharing at least double room). Check-in on Sunday 22nd and check-out on Saturday 28th.

Important information

1. The students selected to receive a grant must attend the whole Conference (from Monday to Friday) and be available to help the conference committee with the organization logistics if were necessary.
2. All students granted accommodation will be carried out by the representative of Evntn´s Designerand not directly at the hotel front desk. 
3. The committee will not refund any payment made directly to the Hotel.
4. Postdocs will not be considered for these grants.
