Membership and Conference Registration Fees
The funds that the SMCTSM receives through the payment of the membership and registration to the conference represent a significant part of the assets that are required to organize a high quality annual international conference. Similarly, these funds allow us to offer grants to students seeking financial support to participate in the conference and the awards to outstanding professor careers.
Due to the extraordinary circustaced provoked by the undergoing pandemic the conference Fees are reduced to only the membership fee, which are required to cover the expenses for the keep runing our society and to provide students registration waivers,best master and doctoral thesis and researcher prizes. Is important to mention that we expect few to none support for this conference thehrefore the member fees are of paramouth importance. We encorage everyone to support the work of the society by covering their memberships.

Important Information1 The conference registration fee includes the 2020 SMCSTM Membership.
2 A proof of enrollment as a student must be provided at the on-site registration.
- All the payments are in Mexican pesos.
- Once the payment has been made, write down your name on the bank transfer payment format and go to the INVOICING PROCESS.
- When the payment is made via electronic/wire transfer (SPEI), write down your name in the line "CONCEPTO" and go to the INVOICING PROCESS
- For the delivery of your Invoice a copy or original of your bank transfer payment form and your reference code (provided at the INVOICING PROCESS) must be provided at the registration desk.
- NOTE: If you skip the INVOICING PROCESS or you plan to make your payment on-site then your Invoice will be delivered 24 hours after your Conference registration. Copies of your bank transfer payment form and Tax ID (RFC) are required.
