Membership and Conference Registration Fees

The funds that the SMCTSM receives through the payment of the membership and registration to the conference represent a significant part of the assets that are required to organize a high quality annual international conference. Similarly, these funds allow us to offer grants to students seeking financial support to participate in the conference and the awards to outstanding professor careers.

1 The conference registration fee includes the 2019 SMCSTM Membership.
2 A proof of enrollment as a student must be provided at the on-site registration.

Important Information

  • All the payments are in Mexican pesos.
  • Once the payment has been made, write down your name on the bank transfer payment format and go to the  INVOICING PROCESS.
  • When the payment is made via electronic/wire transfer (SPEI), write down your name in the line "CONCEPTO" and go to the  INVOICING PROCESS
  • For the delivery of your Invoice a copy or original of your bank transfer payment form and your reference code (provided at the INVOICING PROCESS) must be provided at the registration desk.
  • NOTE: If you skip the INVOICING PROCESS or you plan to make your payment on-site then your Invoice will be delivered 24 hours after your Conference registration. Copies of your bank transfer payment form and Tax ID (RFC) are required.
