INSTRUCTIONS FOR  POSTER VIDEOS

Dear participant,

Participation in the poster session of the XV-ICSMV will depend on whether you attend the  conference virtual or onsite.

1.- Virtual participation: You will be required to prepare a 5-minute video presentation and a pdf version of a poster. The video and the poster can be directly uploaded to the Whova Platform. In addition, you will be expected to  be available during the your poster session through the Whova application to answer any questions about the research.

2.-Onsite participation: You will be required to prepare the same material for virtual participation and be available during your poster session through the Whova application. Also, you must present a poster during the live presentation using the standard measures of 90 cm x 120 cm.

Odd numbers will be presented on Tuesday Session and Even numbers on Wednesday Session.

REMEMBER: POSTERS AND VIDEOS MUST BE IN ENGLISH

The maximum size of the allowed files is 50 MB for 5±2 minutes; therefore, we recommend using the standard resolution of 480p (852x480) for video instead of Full HD or 4k.

2.- Complete the registration process for the conference

You will require to upload a copy of the conference fees ticket payment.

3.- You will receive an e-mail after your registration is completed and a week before the meeting from the Whova Platform. Please configure and follow the instructions.
