Membership and Conference Inscriptions Fees

The funds that the SMCTSM receives through the payment of the membership and inscriptions to the conference represent a significant part of the assets that are required to organize a high quality annual international conference. Similarly, those funds allow us to offer a variety of different types of grants to the students who need help to be able to participate in the conference.

Conference Registration Fees1

1 The conference registration fee includes 2018 SMCSTM Membership.
2 A proof of enrollment as a student must be provided at the onsite registration.

Important Information

  • All the payments are in Mexican pesos.
  • Once payment has been made,write down your name on the bank transfer payment formatand go to  INVOICING PROCESS.
  • When the payment is made via electronic/wire transfer (SPEI), write downyour name in the line "CONCEPTO" and go to INVOICING PROCESS
  • For the delivery of your Invoice must provide a copy or the original of your bank transfer payment form and your reference code (provided at INVOICING PROCESS) at the registration desk.
  • NOTE: If you skip the INVOICING PROCESS or you plan to make your payment on-site then your Invoice will be delivered 24 hours after your Conference registration. Copies of your bank transfer payment form and Tax ID (RFC) are required.
